Rhonda Vanover, The Free Lance-Star
Twelve years after her daughter's murder, Neva Herrington sits alone in her Alexandria home remembering her daughter, Elizabeth. The day before her murder, Elizabeth put two paintings on hold in a downtown shop located in Fredericksburg. When her mother, Neva, went to the shop months later, the artist still had the paintings. Now both paintings hang in her home.
