As a steady cold rain fell about 30 people filed past a "peace pole" erected at Mt.Trashmore after an interfaith prayer service to launch "A Season For Nonviolence" Thursday evening January 30,2003. The pole was planted at Mt. Trashmore with the words May Peace Prevail on Earth written in four languages: English,Arabic, Hebrew,Hindi. |
