Law enforcment officers draw their weapons on armed robbery suspect Carlos H. Perez, 19, of Allentown, PA as he exits his vehicle on I-81 in Strasburg on Sunday. Police shut down the northbound lane of I-81 to make the arrest stop. Perez and two others were charged with armed robbery of a New Market grocery store. |
